This role is a result of a fantastic collaboration between Town Councils in Wincanton, Castle Cary and Bruton. This is a new post to develop and deliver high quality youth work in this geographical cluster, working closely with the town and Parish Councils.
You’ll be at the forefront of Youth Work delivery, partnership management, and development initiatives. If you’re passionate about making a societal difference and working with young people, this could be the role for you!
Key Requirements:
– Confident and experienced Youth Worker
– Proven ability to manage and develop staff
– Resilient, able to work evenings, and handle challenging attitudes
