Recruiting a Youth Work Team Leader (South East Somerset)
Are you a Youth Worker who wants to do a mix of Youth Work delivery, partnership management and development work?
This super exciting role will lead a team to develop Youth Services across South East Somerset, the result of collaboration between SES town and Parish councils specifically Castle Cary, Ansford, Bruton and Wincanton and Milborne Port.
You will be passionate about young people and passionate about making a societal difference.
You will need to be a confident and capable Youth Worker with experience of managing and developing staff. You will be resilient, happy to work in the evening and able to deal with challenging attitudes. This could be a wonderfully fun and exciting job, if you have the drive to deliver.
